Adopting in America WOULD BE adopting in a foreign country for some of us though. Not all of us are American, nor do all of us live in America.

its a lot easier as there are less guidelines to follow, its easier for same sex couples, single people and older people to get the opportunity.
However i think that celebrities should improve the awareness o orphans in their own country as most of them fit the guidelines.

- I have used avast home edition, Comodo Pro Firewall, I have recently added Malwarebytes. They are all free for personal use and I have had no trouble with Viruses Trojans Hackers etc. They can all be downloaded from http://malware-virus-spyware-remover-too… Online Armor Free is good and is fairly easy to use.

Well, PERSONALLY, I would suggest eating AFTER your work out.
If you eat after a work out, you tend to eat less than what you normally would. Unless of course you’re running for over an hour (which, by the way, you should NOT do), then you’ll be better off just running on an empty stomach.
You should drink water throughout the day, but drinking milk will also help give you better strength.

i use the above and get very little problems
but as i use win 7 x64 bit i have removed avast (does not appear to work as well) and am trying microsoft security essentials ,,,,which so far appears to be working fine

Eat pasta type foods before you work out. They give you energy during your work out. Eat lots of protein with your meals. In fact, try to eat 5 meals a day.
As far as supplements, the only two I have had any luck with are Muscle Milk and Creatine.

aside from the regulations & rules being easier.
kids in America are in foster homes. Maybe not the life of luxury but homes none the less.
In many impoverished countries they are warehoused in understaffed, underfunded orphanages. If you saw 50-75 infants in one giant room together rocking themselves because they know that no one is there to rock them you would understand.
Many celebs go to aid & help raise funds for these causes & see it first hand. It’s hard not to want to save a kid or two while you are there.
Bottom line all the kids are in need of a family. The kids in the Ukraine & Africa are just as deserving of this as American kids.

i guess its just where ever you feel drawn to. I personally don’t think it matters where the child comes from, it will still be one less child without a home in the world.
i hate it when people make those comments though, if you’re so concerned, why don’t you adopt a kid from america then?
no offense to you though, as you are just asking a question, however I don’t think that there is a answer to it.

Increase your fiber intake. Reduce carbs but don’t eliminate them. Keep your protein up. That’s basically what you need to eat.
Fiber can be found on whole grain cereals, fruits, and veggies. A healthy source of carbs is oatmeal. Protein comes in many form. There’s protein on meat, milk, protein bars and protein shakes. It’s best to eat your protein with your carbs.
Do cardio first thing in the morning with an empty stomach. This will help boost your metabolism throughout the day.

I think the same about this issue (I’m not American, I’m British, but still I agree with your points 100%) and I find it very disturbing that there seems to be almost a trend setting by celebrities of adopting a foreign child as if they are something of an exotic accessory or novelty item, rather than a child. Yes, they give these children good homes and good lives, but as you say there are many children in their own countries who need a home and family too, and the ethnicity of the child in question shouldn’t matter.
